Eligibility Note: Mid-year joiners must work one-fourth of remaining days in calendar year. For July 1 joiner: 184 remaining days ÷ 4 = 46 days required. Working ~22 days/month, this threshold is met by September (approximately 66 days worked). EL unlocks at that point.
SL/CL Allocation Note: Sick Leave and Casual Leave are credited at 1 day per month during monthly salary cycle (typically by 7th of every month). For employees joining on July 1 (before 15th), first SL/CL credit happens during July salary processing. If an employee joins on or after 15th of any month, allocation begins from the following month.
