1. PREAMBLE

1.1 This Employment Policy Manual ("Manual") is issued by WebReinvent Technologies Private Limited ("Company") and constitutes the comprehensive framework governing employment relationships, terms of service, working conditions, compensation, benefits, conduct, and all ancillary matters pertaining to employment with the Company.

1.2 This Manual supersedes all previous employment policies, circulars, memoranda, and communications issued by the Company, whether oral or written, to the extent they are inconsistent with the provisions herein.


2. SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY

2.1 Geographic Scope

2.1.1 This Manual applies to all operations, establishments, branches, and work sites of the Company located anywhere in India.

2.2 Personnel Coverage

2.2.1 These policies are applicable to and binding upon:

(a) All employees of the Company, including but not limited to:

  • Permanent employees
  • Probationary employees
  • Fixed-term contract employees
  • Temporary employees
  • Trainees and apprentices

(b) Contract workers and third-party personnel where expressly specified

(c) Employees working in any capacity:

  • On-site at Company premises
  • Remote or work-from-home arrangements
  • Client locations
  • Deputation or secondment

2.3 Binding Nature

2.3.1 Employment with the Company constitutes acceptance of and agreement to be bound by all policies, rules, and regulations contained in this Manual, as amended from time to time.


3. INTERPRETATION AND CONSTRUCTION

3.1 Governing Law

3.1.1 This Manual shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

3.1.2 All disputes arising from employment or this Manual shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

3.2 Definitions

3.2.1 Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used in this Manual shall have the meanings as defined in the General Provisions & Definitions section.

3.3 Headings

3.3.1 Section and subsection headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.

3.4 Severability

3.4.1 If any provision of this Manual is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from this Manual, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

3.5 Conflict with Statute

3.5.1 In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Manual and applicable statutory law, the statutory provisions shall prevail, and the affected policy provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply with such law.


4. AMENDMENT AND MODIFICATION

4.1 The Company reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, supplement, or withdraw any policy or provision contained in this Manual at any time, with or without prior notice, as it deems necessary for operational, legal, or business reasons.

4.2 All amendments shall be communicated to employees through official channels including email, notice boards, and HRMS announcements.

4.3 Continued employment following notification of amendment constitutes acceptance of such changes.

4.4 Material changes affecting statutory entitlements shall be notified with reasonable advance notice as required by applicable law.
